Standing Committees

There are three standing committees of the Board of Trustees:

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee may act on behalf of the Board between meetings if necessary.

Committee on Trustees

The Committee on Trustees is charged with Board recruitment, education, and development.

Finance and Audit Committee

The Finance and Audit Committee proposes the budget to the Board and delivers all financial statements for a yearly external audit.
